Head-in-book-while-walking along-the-pavement man is a regular visitor to Westbury, often seen striding across the Downs and Westbury Park en route to the village.
Who is he? And is it true that the text under scrutiny is the Encyclopedia Britannica in spiral notebook format?
I've lived in Bristol for 9 years and despite seeing him every week since then have never met anyone who knows his name.
